Layers

Layers is an outstanding bakery. I stumbled upon them when they were in downtown Monterey and was relieved to know they were still around and close to the Del Monte Mall. I have been buying cakes and goodies from them for over 15 years and thinking closer to 20. I would purchase a cake for each of my coworkers birthday and they always came from Layers. Of course when I would go pick it up, I would buy some of their tasty cookies, cupcakes, and pastries. Shop Layers, you will love them!

We worked with Hilary to bring our wedding cake vision to life! We went with the tiramisu flavor and it was such a hit! Loved working with Layers, highly recommend!

We worked with Layers for our wedding and we absolutely loved how our cake turned out. Not only was the flavor spot on, but so was the decor! I gave them my inspiration photo and they 1000% delivered! :) We aged the top layer in our freezer to enjoy a year later (today was the day) and the cake tasted JUST as good and as the day of the wedding. We can see why this bakery is on the preferred vendors list for our venue. Thank you to Hilary & team!
