Our microwave didn’t have a touchpad and instead had a knob. Unfortunately, we couldn’t turn the knob anymore as it was stuck in its position. We didn’t want to force it anymore so we called for the service personnel from ServicePro Appliance Repair Monterey Park to see if he could help us out. He agreed to drop by, and he got the unit fixed quickly. He was able to get the unit fixed in under an hour to our satisfaction.
