They says they close at 10pm but I got there at 9:50 and they were closed.

For about 5 years now, since i moved to the neighborhood, i have been coming to this Baskin Robins location. I love ice cream and for any family event I typically order my cream cakes from here. It has been my go-to place for a very long time. This young gentleman by the name of David M. who managed the store, always provided me with exceptional service that would make my experience 10x better. Always greeted me with a very positive attitude and made me feel welcome. May i say very patient and helpful he was. However, things have not been the same since he departed from the location. The quality seems to have downgraded. They seem to typically be out of things and excuse broken machines for it. Doesn't seem like the fault of the staff but more so of whoever is running the show now. I really hope they're able to learn from their mistakes.
