If I could put no stars I would, this has been the worst experience ever, this agent that "helped me" did nothing but take my money and waste my time, I was kept in the dark the whole time I had to be calling them to see what was going on. They rarely called me and all they did was only ask for stuff I had already sent them, the whole nightmare took more than two months, after postponing the closing day over and over again the seller gave up and cancelled the sale. The only way I found out was through the escrow company when I called to see what was going on just to find out it had been cancelled three days ago and the agent kept that from me trying to fix the problem before I could find out. Do not go with this company unless you feel like getting strung along with their unprofessionalism.
