This is the worst Credit Union I have ever dealt with. Mortgage payments goes up & Ive called several times to speak to someone regarding this matter, no one has returned my calls. I will be searching out for a more reliable bank, people who really cares.

I've had accounts here for 27 years, and I'm here to close my last remaining one. I closed my checking last year because of horrible experiences such as not being allowed to withdraw $5k without a 3-day advanced notice. They also have a FEE unless you use their debit card a few times per month. This wknd, I was charged a fee for not accessing my savings acct. This place should just shut down once and for all. ZERO STARS if I could!

Cannot pull money from their outside atm always have to go inside to pull money out .Everytime I come after work to pull out money from their outside account they lock my account even from one try of taking my own money out.This is been reoccurring for months and all they tell me you can pull money from the inside but its harder for me to come in their working hours it was easier for me to come after work since I work by there .
