Budget Car Rental

They charge way too much . I only drove the car 20 miles and they charged me an extra 20 bucks because I didnt fill it to full . The cost of the gas was really only 4 bucks to fill and they penalized me for not bringing it the same . Like you should be more than happy a 24 year old only drove your car 20 miles and brought it back . Because my mechanic ordered the wrong part I had to bring the car back . 16 bucks wasnt worth my time I had to go to work and took the penalty hit . Not coming back here . They always charged me 167 without the penalty and 187.50 with the penalty. Go to enterprise theyll only charge you 80-100 bucks a day

I had paid all amount upfront for my parent's travel. Initially they didn't give them the car because the money was paid from my card and not theirs. Then they canceled my reservation and instead of giving them the same deal, charged them 400$ more than what I did for the same car. Why didn't you give them the same deal I got when I paid the whole amount upfront??????? This is so absurd and disgusting that it bears repeating.

Rented a car beginning of May, quick in, quick out. Was given a very nice Camry, beautiful ride, customer service was top notch, friendly,extremely accommodating and had vehicle ready as promised. Renting from them again mid June
