Unfortunately under new ownership this salon now is very unprofessional. I have had an appointment for a premium haircut for 6 weeks now, leading up to my birthday this week. I was asked 4 hours before my appointment if I would like to come in earlier but told them I could not, and then abruptly received another text that my appointment was cancelled. After the fact owner tried to say they would reschedule, but they cancelled my appointment before even telling me that they would have to. I am so upset I have been looking forward to my hair cut for weeks. I would never ever book with them again. Unreliable, and unbelievably unprofessional.

Best customer service by Neftali he is very professional and always on time with your appointment no waiting if you have your appointment besides that,his work is awesome you get what you ask him to do in your hair.Very happy
