        I took a chance with the older lady Spanish since the first one wasn't working an she destroyed my hair they ignored my request for a manager very rude receptionist they never fixed the issue.

        I went for 2 haircuts, one for my daughter and one for me. Despite showing a photo of my daughter's cut, they left it the same, the cut was not noticeable at all, nor did they wash it. In my case the stylist did understand the cut, they did wash my hair, but they left hair cut everywhere. Not what I expected in service...
