The customer service its but no attention to the customer I try to open new business account I come last Saturday and the see only do service by appointment y make the appointment for this Saturday and the see its no appointment its suck the service

The bank is good but there're always beggars around to ask for money. It's quite annoying. You'll see them at the entrance everyday.

I once valued having both personal and business accounts with Chase until policy changes, including a monthly fee for business accounts, led me to switch my business banking elsewhere. Despite this, when attempting to set up a new business account with Chase at the Montebello branch, I encountered significant inefficiencies. The process was further hindered by a lack of urgency among staff, with individuals seemingly distracted by personal mobile device use. Unfortunately, I was turned away due to the assertion that it would take two hours to open the account before their closing time, reflecting a disregard for the needs of local small businesses. Consequently, I have chosen not to engage in any future business with Chase. Avoid banking here altogether; there are numerous banks that would welcome your business and money.
