Buyer's Home inspection prior to purchase. Arrived before appointed time and was ready to go when we arrived. Very helpful with buyer's questions and fixed minor stuff as we progressed through the inspection which was thorough and did not waste any unneccessary time. I will certainly use them in any future inspection. Report properly documented and quickly available. A1 service in my mind.

We used Critical Eye for inspection of a property that we intended to buy. Marc was extremely knowledgable and detailed in his inspection. We are new homeowners and he took the time to walk us through his inspection notes, carefully explain each item, and offer detailed response to our questions. I needed a property inspection done for a SFH I was buying, since I only had 7 days to complete it, I was in a rush and contacted Marc with the details and the time line, he was quick in his response and in-spite of his busy schedule, he made time and completed the inspection on time. Marc did a detailed inspection and identified potential problems in the house and after noticing the foundation issues, he recommended a structural engineering inspection of the foundation, which turned out to be a very much required part of my home buying negotiation. overall I highly recommend Marc for a home inspection.
