Provex Pest Management

I scheduled an onsite visit and agreed to the $100 initial inspection fee.  The agreed upon 2 hour time for the inspection came and went without a call about being late or even rescheduling a new time.  Several days passed and still no follow-up.  Based on the other reviews, this lack of professionalism is a recurring pattern with this company.  I had chosen this company to support locals but will now hire help from Santa Rosa instead.----------------UPDATE #2: Mike lost more due to his failure to show up for his appointment than I estimated earlier.  Just got an estimate from Tactics Rodent Exclusion to fix the same problem.  Will be paying them $1125 to pest-proof our property. As Mike did reply below and is a local, I upped this to a two star review in hopes that he will be more professional in the future.----------------UPDATE #1: Mike replied to my post above and claimed to have called and left a VM declining our business.  If that were true, my review would not be here.  I double-checked and no VMs were left.   So keep in mind as the others below have said, Mike isn't interested in non-recurring revenue jobs.  I was expecting to pay $250-500 for Mike to install pest-proofing material around our house to keep mice out.  If your project isn't worth more than this amount of money, then seems you need to go elsewhere.  In either case, if Mike had left a message declining our work or simply said so up-front, I would have been able to skip this review.

We had an influx of varied carpet beetle arrive at our office after the heatwave that hit Sonoma Valley. Mike drove that night after hours to get rid of them. He used a nontoxic spray so we were able to open up the day after. His pricing was so reasonable for coming last minute and after hours. We had no issues with them coming back! He was professional, fast, and answered my many questions. Super super appreciative!

Rapid response, professional and efficient. I really appreciate Mike's sensitivity to the situation. The hugest rat!! Oh. My. God.   He took care of it STAT. The price was right and I would have paid much more to get rid of a very large dead rodent before 9 am. It's supposed to get to get hot this whole weekend. It could have been so.....ewww. Biggest gratitude!! Highest value!! Recommend without reservation!!

Mike is everything you want in a service company. Responsive easy to work with and he got the job done under our house including exclusion at a fair price and guaranteed his work for a year. Trust him if youre dealing with a rodent as we were.

First, let me say, Mike is super communicative, responsive, courteous, considerate, and accommodating and doesn't patronize, condescend, or use alarmist tactics to inundate you with a barrage of upselling tactics. If you need thorough, timely, and effective treatment of any pest problem, please don't hesitate (and reasonably priced!)!I mistakenly had called one of those larger chains first. They could only schedule us 2 weeks out, and that was just for an "initial free inspection." They refused to treat the same day!! And they refused to allow me to schedule the treatment before the "initial free inspection" had occurred to expedite the process---when I had carpenter ants coming in through my ceiling!!! Carpenter ants which cause damage! Insanity. No sense of urgency. Mike was the complete opposite.Do not waste your time looking elsewhere. Mike even guarantees his work for 30 days, and as the house is in the country, I actually had to call him back twice! He came back immediately, helped me devise a test to analyze where the ants were coming in from. Within 24 hours we had our answer, and Mike was back on the property within an hour's notice to do additional treatment, under the umbrella of my original plan's guarantee.Mike will now be taking care of all my pest-related needs. I cannot express what a relief it is to find a reliable and ethical pest-control professional.Ps. When you call, you are in direct contact with Mike. You are not speaking with some remote operator (who will ask a million questions but has no knowledge on the subject), who then connects you to "your local" guy, whose contact info they treat like an NSA secret. So how would you ever get ahold of them in an urgent situation?
