Shakey's Pizza Parlor

I've been coming to this Shakey's pizza parlor for years now, the food is great, the staff is awesome, it gets busy but it's my go to place.

I love this shakeys, customer service is amazing and I love the energy they give to the customers. Its a shame that most customers are rude to the workers. Good and fresh food, I always come with my mom here and theres always a lady there putting in her all regardless of the circumstances. 10/10 love the place! Kid-friendliness: Workers are extremely kind to the kids who arrive!

Stopped by this location for the lunch buffet, not sure what else to say but it was awful. All the sides were obviously old, the rice was hard, the corn looked drier than the Sahara desert, and somehow even the steamed assorted veggies looked like it had dried up. Likely left overs from the previous day's buffet being reused, because that corn looked like a tragedy. I stayed for about 40 minutes total and the one staff kitchen brought out 2 pathetic looking pizzas, a batch of fried chicken, and a couple of batches of mojos. I've had better tasting frozen pizzas, it's not even worth talking about. The chicken and mojos were on par with what you would expect from any Shakey's location. Unfortunately, it seems like this location is just down bad, scraping whatever they can to keep the lights on. But if you're gonna be charging roughly $20 a person for a lunch buffet with a drink, one would at the very least expect fresh food be brought out. Not sure what the owners are thinking even running a lunch buffet of that quality, they might as well just not serve the buffet. Stay away from this location and go to the one in Upland instead. The Upland location also charges about a dollar less and the quality of food is miles above this location.
