Literally this place is my very last option for pizza it sucks so bad!!

I spent 10 minutes on the call waiting for them to answer and a rude woman answered, I tried to order some Italian cheese bread and the woman hung up on me, I tried to call again and they no longer answered

The customer service here is awful. Has been for over a year now. Today was the breaking point for us. Stood in the store and waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged all well being able to see our order sitting in the warmer. Apparently the pizza portal is broken the worst part is the employees came and helped the customer in front of us then walked away for an additional 5 minutes before helping us. We will now drive a little farther for the same pizza.

Very bad service from the woman who is in the second shift, they made me wait more than 40 minutes. They don't care that I had my autistic child in the car. I tried to cancel my order and they denied it. She told me that I had to wait.
