Flowers were beautiful, exactly as described and arrived on time - will definitely buy from here again! Ordering directly from Purple Lily by Karen seemed to make a difference in the quality of the flowers too- Ive been disappointed so many times when Ive ordered flowers through a 1800Flowers or Proflowers type of service. But if you go directly to the local florists website- the quality and the service is SO much better!

I ordered flowers for my engagement party a couple weeks in advance. It was just one small bouquet that I had  asked her to do and sent her a picture of what I would like. I was told that it would be done with a few minor changes which I was fine with. At the day of the party, my fiancé went to pick them up and called saying they were completely discolored and not fresh. There was no greenery like I had asked her to do and only one piece of baby breath. I paid $160 and when I called to either get a change of flowers or refund, she said no and never answered any calls or messages after that. Completely horrible service and flowers.
