Printer problems! Have you ever struggled to get a printer to reconnect to your computer? I have a specialized badge printer, that is a necessity for my business that stopped connecting to my computer. I am pretty tech savy and can usually figure things out on my own. This time I couldn't and the alternative was to buy a replacement printer for over $1200! I called Armands, and he remotely connect to my system and we worked on it for a few hours, and he got it to connect and got me back in business. $1200 printer replacement avoided, due to him. He never lost his patience in working through the problem, and never showed any frustration with having to spend so much time resoolving the issue. I was ready to spend the $1200 to just be done with it, but he solved it instead!
