Do not go to this place they will steal your money just because it's "paid by the insurance" this business is the worse I recommend you taking it somewhere else. The owner is a d*** he will only steal your money.

The owner is a rip-off he said he makes more money having the cars just sitting there than working on them. The bald guy is rude too he got mad when we wanted to take the car else where because he didn't help us.

We went in and met with the owner back in October and placed an order. We tried to give a down payment but were told that was not how they do business. We would pay at the end when it was picked up. We were told it was going to be several weeks out which we were fine with. We never got a phone call, went in several times to check on the status but nobody was ever there, and finally in January got in touch with somebody and they told me we’re not even On the list for a delivery time. More weeks past and still no phone calls or follow up. We are now in March at the end of the riding season and still no call. We called this morning finally got a hold of somebody only to be told they’re very busy have a lot of insurance work and do a lot of work work for Berts, and then she hung up on us. Horrible way to run a business with total disregard for customers.

My experience with this shop was the worse. The owner Scott is the worse rip-off. I would call to see how my car was doing and what they have been told by the insurance and all they would say is "I'll call you back" of course that never happened. They wouldn't answer my calls and I had to call them from different numbers in order for them to answer me. All the time that the car was there they were charging 130 per day just for having it sitting in their property. I was never told this.once the insurance sent out the the check I called to ask them if they had gotten and told me they would check and give me a call back.they didn't call me back so I called a few times for a month and kept telling me the same story that they didn't receive it. I called my adjuster and they had told me they had already cashed the check a month  ago. The business had just kept lying to me. They had also lost the check for like another month. The owner got really aggressive with me when I told him I wasn't going to fix my car there because they were unprofessional and kept lying to me. He kept yelling and telling me it was worse to take it elsewhere because he was going to charge me 6k to just take the car somewhere else. I told him I would take him to court because he also forged my signature and he said he didn't care because he had won those cases many times I wouldn't be a first. I ended up calling the cops and picking up my car. He charged me over 3k just for taking it there. Do not take your cars there if you want to get ripped off and want the owner to have a very aggressive attitude with you. He does what he want with out consulting with the owner. He can't even keep his word. There is better shops out there I highly don't recommend it here
