Happy with my apartment and the complex. Read my review and decide if you want to move here or take your money somewhere else. Pros. Manger and staff are professional and friendly. They handle things pretty fast around here and are on it with maintenance and other stuff. Complex looks a little old on the outside but they do a pretty good job keeping it up. Theyre always doing maintenance projects around here and do a good job keeping the place clean too. The apartments inside are updated, kept up, and nice considering being older. Cons. Parking is HORRIBLE and is the worst things about this complex! Especially if you have more than 1 car and most people around here do. If you need a place with guaranteed parking I would rethink moving here. We only get 1 parking spot but before I didnt even have one bcuz I was in a studio. I had to transfer but I get it parking is limited. Theres inconsiderate people that take other residents parking spots! Ive come home late many times to find someone parked in my spot and I have no where to park bcuz all street parking is full!! Then theres inconsiderate people that will park on the street instead of using their parking spots! Their parking spots will be empty and their cars will be parked on the street taking up space. They should be considerate of others and park their cars in their spot so there is more street parking for others. We share parking with the complex behind us. This has its own problems. Dont want to get into it but if you know you know. The street sweeper comes EVERY SINGLE MONDAY! So if you leave your car out on the street on Monday youll get a ticket guaranteed. Dont even know what they sweep to be honest bcuz the street still looks dirty to me. There are almost no amenities at the complex. Pool and laundry only. The REAL problem here though. THE PEOPLE! If you want a place with nice neighbors I would rethink moving here. The people here could be friendlier and care more about others and where they live. They arent thoughtful or respectful to others. They dont follow any rules. Like I said they take other residents parking spots. No one watches their kids. Kids are always running wild with no parent. People dont pick up after their dogs. Theres dog poop on the sidewalk sometimes. Dogs are always barking and running around without a leash. People litter and dont pick up after themselves. People are loud and have no respect for their neighbors. On top of all that theyre super nosy! Most residents dont have jobs and are home all day. There is one lady that sits outside all day every day watching everyones every move and making people uncomfortable. One time I was coming home and she told me your home early today. Excuse me? Keeping tabs? Reviews about breakins and roaches. Never had roaches bcuz Im clean. Breakins sometimes happen not gonna lie but thats everywhere now days. I would give this complex 5 stars if there was better people but those are examples of the people that live here. We need better neighbors. Cant be a 5 star complex with 1 star people. Otherwise not a bad place to live.

Lived at this property for over 6 years, been through different owners and mangers. With the most current owner and manager this property has experienced an outpouring of investment and renovations. The property is really dog-friendly and the whole neighborhood I noticed really utilizes the dog stations. Its a nice part of the sidewalk with drought tolerant plants and beautiful blue agave plants lined throughout the path. One of my favorite parts about the property is the garden. I notice too the pool throughout the year is always clean and serviced even in the off season, its maintained. There is different size laundry rooms for all the buildings and you can utilize any of them and its convenient instead of going to the laundry mat. The manager and staff are friendly and professional, and will assist you with any questions, Ive never needed any repairs when I was in my studio apt, everything was in working order and then I moved into the nice 1bedroom and I feel blessed and grateful. I feel safe in the area and walking around the block at night is peaceful. Parking can be hard to find when its street sweeper day (Monday) but thats peanuts for a clean street and curb appeal. My sister visited me recently and commented how nice my apt was I do recommend to always do your due diligence and never leave valuables in your car, gotta be wise always. The location of these apartments is right on the border of easternmost Los Angeles county and westernmost border of San Bernardino county so you best of both areas and even short distance to Anaheim to the south and the local San Antonio river to the north, in Upland, is close and all the way up Mountain Ave is Mt.Baldy notch restaurant and ski lift its another world up there.

I being living in my apartment since 2014 it's a very nice neighborhood I love my neighbors people talking about how the apartment is infected with roaches well that's not true you've to keep your apartment clean I don't have roaches, but the manager and the rest of the staffs are very friendly people, so yes we have people that want to vandalize the property but don't blame it on the Apartment owner. If you want to move in here judge it for yourself not on other you'll enjoy it. I guarantee.
