1 on 1 Financial coaching with Dana has been a great experience. Manny and Dana are the best!!! I have recently started an automotive business in Monrovia. I was a technician that turned into a business owner. At first i thought it would be easy. I know how to work on cars and was pretty  good with keeping an eye on the money. Turned out this is not the case. When we first started we had a CPA and bookkeeper and "Thought" i knew what was going on. I have know Manny and Dana from networking in the community and he decided to open his practice in the city of Monrovia. We decided to have them do our taxes..... WOW what a big surprise. Turned out i did not know anything that was going on in my business. Manny sat down with me and explained everything i needed to know and educated me on how to properly use Quickbooks. This was a very eye opening experience. Now i fully understand what is coming in and going out.  I feel that i am in control of the business now and not letting the business control me. As of now we have taken the next big step in growing our business. We decided to hire our first employee and asked Manny and Dana for advice. They sat me down again and educated us with what will be involved and steps to take to preparing for the new hire. Before RMD i had no idea what EDD, SDI, EFTPS, and other tax related stuff that i needed to know before hiring an employee. And now RMD has helped us change the structure of our business and we are now a S corp. Based on the advice from Manny and other shop owners this was a step that we decided will help us in the near future. We had RMD take care of all the paperwork for the change so that we did not have to do it ourselves online and struggle with information that we do not completely understand. This help us keep our mind on our business and not working on something a professional should handle. Thank you RMD Financial Service, Manny, and Dana. You guys have help me understand what I needed to know in order to keep our books straight and understand all the taxes and legal stuff.

There is nothing more reassuring than to know that your financial house is in order. After 20 years of working with our former CPA, it was time to make a change and we could not be happier.
