Lack of details.  Missed applying health tax document.  I found out on my own and notify her.  My tax didn't go through digitally.  She doesn't even know.  I found out from IRS six month later.  I have to mail in via paper and responsible for mail postage.  Not going back again.

Fast service and reasonable price me and my friend both has tax done here. They do your tax while you are there it actually works for me I don't have to make another trip , and you get to ask them question face to face.

I just did my taxes with them. Even though they are a relatively new business they seem very knowledgeable and personable. They helped me cleared up a mess my previous accountant did that caused me to get an audit.
