When you loose a Loved One you have so much to do trying to put aside your sadness. Turner & Stevens Live Oak Mortuary made things so much easier to deal with. Their preparation of my Loved One was perfect. The Gentleman that were with us through out the whole service and celebration of my Honeys life always making sure that everything went as perfect as possible. They were caring, gentle, understanding and ver patient. I very highly recommend them.
My appreciation and gratitude to everyone involved.

Update: my initial experience was excellent but after paying my money I basically had little to no contact with anyone. I had to call numerous times to find out the status of my loved ones remains and was given the runaround. My funeral arranger was out of office and I was handed off to a manager who knew nothing about the process. She said she would call me back and never did. I eventually called her 2 days later for follow up and she still had to call back only to make it sound like she was working something out for me to get it done in time late the afternoon prior to the service or the morning of. Mind you this is several weeks after all documents were signed and everything paid in full. My husband I were preparing to make all of our pre-arrangements here but have changed our minds. Additionally, its distasteful to try to upsell people with sad stories of how others mishandled their family arrangements.
Lastly, to this day my grandmas obituary information and photo were never added to the website. I sent the information to the funeral arranger and it was never added and I was unable to send it to family for the services.
Initial review solicited the day of arrangements (FYI): The service and support was very kind supportive at a difficult time. They made it very easy and were clear on what was available and shared different options to work with what made the most sense for me and my family. They have handled arrangements for several family members in the past. While I was not involved in the planning of the others, the experience made it an easy choice to return here.

We contacted 4 other places and two didn't have the curtesy to call back after leaving a message the other two we had to call back several times. Not at Live Oak and Sarah. Sarah answered her phone and got right to work for us. She understands very much how to deliver superior customer service, a rare thing today. I would never go to anywhere else, Live Oak knows how to treat their customers.
