Pinkberry

By far the worst Pinkberry location Ive ever been to. Not because of the employee who helped us, she was actually trying to be very nice about everything. But instead its because of the greedy owners of this branch. They dont participate in the Pinkberry reward system, they dont have their restrooms open, their actual yogurt cups and sizes are a 1.25$ more than any other Pinkberry location and their actual yogurt cups arent even the pinkberry cups! Theyre random cups without the pinkberry logo, like theyre too cheap to use brand ones. I also noticed that the employee has to be so precise with her scoops and she had to measure how much yogurt she put in a cup, which is something Id never seen before at any other location. As I was sitting down finishing my yogurt I overheard who Im assuming were the people in charge or the owners, and they started getting on the employees case about a mistake that involved an extra scoop of something and the employee not charging the people enough or something, and I understand everyone runs things differently, but the vibe of this place was that they would charge you to breathe if they could. I love pinkberry with a passion, but I will never be coming back to this overpriced and stingy location.
