Solid Cuban treats - I particularly like the savory goods like the beef papa rellena and chicken empanada. Quick and friendly service as well!

This WAS my new favorite spot. I came last week and didnt receive my coffee after waiting an hour long. The extremely kind manager refunded me and even gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. I was so impressed by how the situation was handled that I decided to not only come back but to bring my whole family in today. Unfortunately that kind manager was not here today but his very rude employee with a sarcastic attitude was. I simply made a request if she could make our iced lattes a little more on the coffee side than the milky side and she sarcastically responded with okay would you like me to use water? And I responded with excuse me? She replied well thats all I could replace the extra milk with. It was just so unnecessary, I didnt deserve such an attitude for making a simple request on my order. Im so bummed because I really did like this place and I was recommending it to everyone I know, now Ill be sure to tell them all to avoid this place unless they want to be served attitude with their food.
