I have been here on multiple occasions now, mostly related to my Tesla's XPEL Paint Protection Film, which I had installed here. Detail Union offered me a competitive bid on this service and I came to find out that their professionality and kindness was very exceptional. Chris, the manager there, went out of his way to provide good customer service and to make sure that only the best quality work was done on my Tesla. He was also very kind and communicative with appointments and estimates. The shop itself was spotless, very well decorated, and has a very high-end feel to it. I really felt comfortable there on the occasions when I was waiting for services to my vehicle. I also had a car exterior and interior basic detail done on my car. They did a spotless and top quality job on this. This shop seems to guarantee top quality work and top quality professionality. I would return if I need their services in the future.

I went to Detail Union to have my jeep tinted. Chris at the front desk was very helpful in helping me to decide how dark I want the tint to be. He was excellent in communicating and kept me updated on the process. Chris clearly explained to me details about the window tinting and I love the glare reduction, privacy, heat resistance, and UV protection. Jose did an outstanding job, I know my old window seals gave him a hard time but he worked very hard to make sure it came out perfect! The Detail Union team got my jeep looking fantastic and I would recommend their shop to anyone.

Came here about a year ago for ceramic coating and tint. The ceramic coating didn't hold up or perform as expected by any means. I recently had the whole car recoated and it is a night and day difference in performance. In terms of service the people are nice but the quality of service itself is lackluster. They kept the car more days than quoted and it was recieved back with water marks all over the interior. As for the tinting of the car that's fine and nothing much to say there. If you're getting the Ceramic Pro line be sure to have them add it to the warranty system because they originally didn't which makes me question if they are a pro-dealer. When I took it to the new shop they didn't find the warranty which is how I found this out.
