        Never been inside , my sister lives there from i hear its a very much a luxury apartment.

        ***Update*** They took action and have repaired the interior around the wall and the ceiling leak. They are in the process of completing the exterior work. We look forward to having the source of the leak fixed but for now we are so grateful to have our home back! We love the neighborhood and community. However, we have had consistent leaks with this winters rains. First leak was above the living room windows; the most recent leak is through the ceiling in the loft. Nothing has been fixed even over a month of problems. Avalon Corporates solution has been to open up walls, expose electrical wires, and ask us to book and pay for our own hotel rooms. Their solution is to break lease on our expense. We are a family of 5 (including 2 toddlers and a senior grandmother). If you are looking for a place to live that will repair and resolve problems when they happen, Avalon is highly NOT recommended! You will be left to figure things out yourself with no help from corporate.

        Our Avalon apartment tour was amazing! Patrick was very knowledgable and answered all our questions with care. Even after the tour had ended and we happened upon Patrick as we were walking along the street of the community, he stopped to chat and answered more of our questions. Overall the Avalon complex looked very well maintained and had beautiful views on the rooftop as well!
