So, my 30 something-year-old well pump finally seized up and quit working. THIS, at 9pm at night on a Friday. Called Larsen and Kari answered and did her best to get a service tech out that night, however due to existing calls for service it was necessary to wait until the following morning - totally understandable and reasonable. At 7:45 the next morning, Kari called me to let me know "Live-Saver Tech", Quinnton, was already on his way. He showed up promptly and had my troubles diagnosed and old pump, switch, control box, a new stick of pvc and filter all replaced with brand new, upgraded parts... and by about 11am. Completely surpassed my expectations. Kari and Quinnton, THANK YOU for your customer service, your dedication, and your work ethic! You guys are awesome... total heros!!! And Larsen Company Management... thank YOU for your amazing customer service, company standards, timely responsiveness, professionalism, and all-around quality of employees you you select and bring on staff. Larsen is a top notch company and I couldn't be happier with this experience.

Fast and professional service. My well pump went out and they came out and installed a new pump and system and upgraded the galvanized tank to a bladder tank the next morning. They also showed me how the previous company who installed the pump 7 yrs ago used the wrong pump size and piping for my system leading to a burned out pump. I would highly recommend this businesses for all your water well needs. Great techs as well.
