Called 40 min before going for 2 small parts , paid a deposit over the phone , got there had to wait 1hr for them to pull the part ,customer service is fair and pricing isnt as cheap either like other yards

Excellent customer service very friendly definitely will keep buying here they have great service person that answers the phone calls very polite and friendly will help what you need I bought parts from them they were as described.thank you guys

Very bad attitude owner. Drove 2 hours to get a part. I asked him if he could pull it out for me in the morning and he had said okay. I arrived at the store, everyone acts like youre invisible for about 30 min. I asked about the part. Dude said come back another day he doesnt want to waste his time. Youll know its him. Mexican dude, thinks hes macho, real fake personality and bad attitude. Cant miss him. I recommend going to any yard in Stockton or Sacramento. The only positive thing I can say to not be biased is that the prices are the cheapest. But theyre the cheapest for a reason you know its a bad business when they say no refunds. Only store credit. If my word isnt enough go see for yourself, Goodluck! If you ever have a bad experience like myself, dont be afraid to leave a bad review too. It helps to let other people know to deter them away from this junkyard
