Staffs are very friendly, helpful and educated. Doctor is awesome. Wait time is like 5-10 to see the doctor. Its very fast and professional.

The one star is because there was no wait, but now I understand why! I took my toddler here with cold/flu symptoms. She had been pulling on her ear and I thought she had an ear infection. The front desk ladies were nice and quick with getting us checked in. She medical assistant was kind and patient with my toddler with checking her vitals and swabbing her nose for RSV. Then the nurse practitioner came in. She seemed nice but did not put in any effort into effectively checking my toddler. My toddler was wiggly and crying when she tried to look in her ears and she was unable to get a clear view and just said "She doesn't have an ear infection. Go home and giver her popsicles for her cough." What a waste of time! My mama gut told me she was wrong. The next morning I took my daughter to the pediatric urgent care right down the street and sure enough, the pediatrician diagnosed my baby girl with an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Overall, I would not recommend 209 Urgent Care. I felt rushed and not my toddlers issues were not taken seriously and she was misdiagnosed!
