DO NOT USE! Had no trouble for 2 years and suddenly 4 times within the last 2 weeks my service has been shut off without any warning or reason. Tried calling numerous times (during normal weekday working hours) and only ever get a voicemail. It has been a full day and service has not been restored and no explanation has been given.

It's SCAM. My line got suspended again, despite overcharging last month (charged my credit card twice). Their customer service phone number is not in service anymore. I can't even transfer my number to any other service provider, as my line is suspended.

***UPDATE*** Without explanation, my account was closed on 11/9. I believe that this company is out of business. *WARNING* Similar to @Tuo Zhang, we have not had service on our 6 BluSpace phones since NOVEMBER 2, 2022. BluSpace's contact phone number is no longer in service and they are closing service tickets without providing justification or service.

For the SECOND time this week my service has been suspended without any notification or explanation from Blu as why. It happened Monday then came back up during the night. When I inquired I was told there was a mix up with AT&T concerning "support codes". Then today the service was suspended again and it has been all day almost 24 hours now. I went to a local AT&T store and spoke with them. My service was suspended for non payment but then when they look up my particular line it shows as paid. They said they have never seen anything like it. The mix up appears to be a billing issue between Blu and AT&T. Now customers like me are being held hostage. We do not have cell phone service and cannot transfer to another carrier until Blu pays their bill or fixes the problem! Extremely frustrating!!!
