I would not recommend at all! Quoted me one price for my taxes (which was high) but I went with her anyway. When I went to pick up my taxes she told me " I really should of charged you more. If you want me to do them next year I will not give you this price ." Very unprofessional!

Feeling very mislead and disappointed. Paid $700 for Michelle to do a very simple tax return for my husband and I. I was floored and shocked by the amount we paid. It is now June and we still haven't received our tax return for Federal. Mind you Michelle did our taxes in March. I emailed her a couple month ago and my husband also called her. She never responded. Tried again to reach out, no response. It's so unprofessional! We feel she took advantage of us, and now we are left waiting for answers. I would definitely think twice before doing taxes here.Yes one more thing....Michelle didn't wear a mask when we were there. This was before the vaccination was available. I should of known at that moment, she didn't have our best interest at heart.
