They charged me $30 for a small wooden dresser, empty.

$45 for dumping one couch. On there website they say $30. And no directions when entering where to drive to too driving around circles

Mattress charged separately from truckload. I paid $40 for 2 mattress and $45 for a table. Next time I'll take mattress separate. And load my truck more but with the mattress taking up room on the bed couldn't fill up a whole truck load so $45 to throw away a table very expensive. Not their fault my fault for not knowing. Hope this review helps someone out. People are friendly and helpful.

They never pick up the recycling bin. Every other week is a hassle, calling and requesting they come pick it up. Sometimes they say they will and still never show up. They keep confusing my bin by address because my house is a corner house with garage on side. They even switched our schedule to help try and pick it up and they still miss it. It's their schedule so I don't know why it is so confusing? Why do I pay so much for services I don't receive? Every time we call, there is no resolution. Very frustrating their drivers do cannot read their schedules and management cannot fix the issue. It's pretty simple. We have no issues with the other garbage bins. If I could give zero stars I would for the simple fact that they have never attempted to really fix the issue and rely on the customer reminding them of the service they are supposed to provide that is being paid for.
