Received Official Notice yesterdayfor a property that is a vacant lot - no buildings that we sold over 3 years ago! Notice proclaims - buy as is no required repairs. Did I mention property is an empty lot that we no longer own. They obviously do not do research.:(

Decided to call them, by the next day escrow was open and within 25 days my house was closed and money was received. Very fast and simple process!

Do not trust this group! We were looking for a quick sale of our vacant rental property and Mark Bazan convinced us they would get it done. The home was VERY clean. We disclosed everything verbally and in writing, explaining that it was a twice-moved manufactured home so it wouldn't be eligible for financing--Mark assured us that wouldn't be an issue. We also emailed them an inspection report detailing repairs that would be needed and multiple photos of the home and property. They were late paying the very small amount of earnest money deposit. They were late doing inspections. They did not get back to us in a timely fashion with updates. Then they came back with a completely low ball offer that was much lower than the already well below market price we had agreed to. At the end of the inspection period and after finally agreeing on a lower price, they decided they couldn't buy it because their lenders didn't want to lend on a manufactured home in a rural area--this was after they had already agreed that financing wasn't an issue for them. They completely wasted our time!!! They left the lock box we had on the property open to the rain and it rusted. They LEFT THE HOME UNLOCKED and vulnerable to whomever wanted to come in. They only told us where to find their lock box (that held our keys) and the code after repeated requests. This was our first experience with one of these quick sale outfits--never again! Not professional. Not honest. Not worth the hassle.

Mark and his team did a great job in closing the sale of our house. We wanted a quick sale as we are moving and did not want the hassle of going through an agent, showings, etc. This option worked great for us and Equity Consultant Pros LLC offered us a fair price.
