We were fortunate to have worked with Christy Ray to sell our property in Stockton. Since the building has multiple tenants, we werent sure how smoothly it would go with the showings and inspection. Fortunately, Christy was very proactive, brought gift cards to tenants, and got them to allow us to show/inspect/appraise the property multiple times with little problem. Most importantly, she was able to get 9 bids for the property, with the highest being much higher than we expected - we were very happy about that! Also, since we live in a different town, Christy handled everything for us, and we didnt need to be in the area at all. Christy was extremely responsive, answered all our questions, and was overall phenomenal.

5 stars isn't enough to describe the level of service that Kierston offers her clients!!!!
