I Highly recommend Tim Spencer and his team! My husband and I went into this thinking it was going to be a stressful and impossible time to sell our home and find a new one to fit our growing family, but it was actually the opposite. He made us feel like a priority every step of the way. I'd even go as far as to say he treated us like we were his own family! Through every meeting, phone call and text, I always felt like we had his undivided attention. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and always took the time to answer all our questions. He has a way of really making things happen! Moving mountains if you will. We are so thrilled so say that our house sold in a timely manner and he helped us choose the perfect home to move to. My family and I are so grateful to Tim and his team for everything they did for us

When my family and I decided to sell our house, we thought the process was going to be stress free and just any other day in our wild lives. To say we were without stress during this time would be a lie. There was setback after setback. With our busy lives, we started to question if we would ever sell our house and fit our family into a living space that was comfortable for us. Enter Team Spencer.
Lets start with us meeting Tim Spencer and his Team. We had worked with them in 2020 to get into the house we were currently trying to sell. The process was stress free and my family and I were more than satisfied with the experience. With that being said, three years had passed, my family had grown, and we were looking for a house that would provide us with comfort for the growing additions. Without thinking we got on Zillow, and they assigned us with a random realtor to help with the process of buying and selling. Long story short, they provided us with more stress and discomfort than help. It was at that moment that we decided to bring in the experts at Team Spencer. From the moment I called him and told him about what we were trying to do I could tell that we were in great hands.
The confidence and the way he presented himself and his team made my family and I feel at ease. The approach they took to the whole deal was miraculous. He sat us down and went over the entire process. Explaining to us every step and what we needed to do to accomplish what we wanted. We could feel the stress of selling and buying lift away. For that I thank him and his team.
Tim and his team were able to accomplish what we wanted to get done in two weeks what had previously been trying to be done for three months. Tim also sat down personally with us and discussed our long-term goals and planned out our future for us in a way that no one had ever done before. It made us feel like we were not just clients of his but family. It showed throughout the process as well when he would call us for updates and check in on our wellbeing. His team also took the same approach, and it made the entire process perfect.
We just closed on our new home and sold our old home a week ago. It could not have been done better without Tim Spencer and Team Spencer. My only regret in the process is that I did not start with Team Spencer from the beginning. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for us and making us feel like we are part of the Family!
