Management Alternative

I only gave them a one-star rating so I could post how horrible this company really is. I live in a low income habitat for humanity community. They embezzled money from our community for several years and didn't do a single thing for our community as far as HOA is responsible for. I look them up on the better Business bureau and they received an f. Do not trust this business and please look into before giving your money to them. There worse than scam artist. Approach with caution.

We are vendors who do gutter work as needed for Management Alternatives customers. Jennifer is always very helpful and polite when contacting us about and they do the most thorough check of all the companies we work with, making sure the people they send out are properly licensed, insured which protects their customers. We have always been paid within the time-line parameters they shared initially which allows us to always give them prompt service.all of the properties we have visited appear well maintained and residents speak well of them. Highly recommend them for property management needs.
