GreenGate Property Management

Not sure why this company has such low ratings. They took over the fourplex I live in about a year ago and have done a great job. Their communication is excellent and they get things taken care of in a very timely manner unlike the property management company we had before.

Worse management ever , I applied with my co-signer, I told if you need anything else please let me know, I can provided anytime, but they are liars and they just get application fee and dont process your application.

Great price for rental properties. I'm looking to find a home within a reasonable price range and GreenGate had a great option. I am looking so my 2 oldest sons can start out as roommates and put to all the life tools I've given them to be successful in life. Instead of encouraging them to go their own way, I figured they can rent a place together and ease into adulthood by sharing responsibilities. I never want my children to be homeless so if they step out small and learn together they'll learn for the long hall! GreenGate property management had a couple of great options to choose from!

I have rented a house and we moved to another house the fees are insane rip off dont trust this company all this company is trying to do is staking up fees and if you say anything or deny they will keep on staking the fees and the crazy thing about this is we had some broken stuff and I do blame myself for that but 800 fees for some stickers is crazy Im being 100 percent legit if you want your family ripped of then go ahead.
