        Had an unexpected water valve issue late afternoon and I placed a call to Tonys plumbing. I was given the option to have a tech come out that evening and pay overtime or wait until the next day. We scheduled an evening appt. but then changed our minds to wait till morning. I called first thing to make sure we were still on the schedule and we were delighted to see they did not skip a beat. Robin, our tech, called to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly, gave a repair estimate and fixed it with parts readily available. He was very personable and professional. Good job Robin & thank you Tonys plumbing for being a reputable company.
