I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday. I was told the delivery time would be 45-60 mins. It took 1 hour and 25 minutes to finally get my pizza. I spoke to the owner of the company and all he was willing to do was give me 40% off. I don't think that was good enough. I am a repeat customer and should have got the pizzas for less or maybe a free pizza next time. Not only were my kids starving(2,4,6,9), but the pizza was barely warm by the time we got it. I will say that the delivery girl was very polite and apologetic. Her kindness and the fact that the pizza is really good when it's warm gets this place 2 stars instead of 1. This rating is just for the delivery aspect of this company, I have never eaten in their downtown location. I am sure that would be a much better experience. Just be prepared to wait if you order delivery.
