I have worked out in many gyms in Modesto. Sonya and David are THE BEST! They work together as a team to customize each clients individual nutrition and workout needs. They listen and help clients adjust when things arent working. They truly care about their clients. 10/10 recommend Evolve Fitness for the friendly, inclusive atmosphere and great people!

I started here fully motivated and needing help with nutrition. Sonya gave me the support I needed. Friendly environment, kid friendly, and awesome music! Workouts go by fast because its fun to be here.

Ive been to different gym / workout programs throughout my life as many of you. I have to say Evolve is the place Ive been with the longest ! I absolutely love them. Im very comfortable there and they really care about you and your journey to a healthier way of life . Their workouts are challenging for any level. They pay attention to the way you are doing each exercise and help you learn the correct way of each move of you are having trouble with they are very knowledgeable. They are wonderful people. Ive been up and down on my journey to a healthier lifestyle and when Im down they encourage me and when Im at a high they cheer me on . They are there for you!
