        Love my BUF Fam.  The owner is hands on and the trainers are fantastic!  They are very personable and work with all the clients to help each of us reach our goals.  I'm not going to say it's easy, but the rewards of being able to accomplish things there were only dreams at one time are priceless.  I highly recommend that you try it out.  Then commit yourself to stick with it for at least 12 weeks.  You'll be glad you did!
