        Great company. However, they have a tendency to CHANGE your monthly schedule without your permission. It's very difficult to keep them on an agreed upon day of the week!

        I have to say we've been pretty happy with AAI. They come as scheduled, technicians have been very nice and can't say we've had any real problems or had to call them back after they left. I would say if anything maybe a little more sweeping/brushing of the eaves and under ledges for spider webs, but otherwise it's been good.

        I have been with AAI since 1992, I have had a lot of Techs ,some great some Not so great... One of the GREATEST I have EVER Had is "TAWNYA SCHWARTZ " I told my husband If she EVER Leaves AAI, I will probably Quit the Service and Have Him takeover Tawnya is the GREATEST TECH>>!!!! This is for AAI I HATE the Three Hour Window!!!! I have been with you before that ever happened, when you gave Direct Appts.
