Let me just say.. This is the first time leaving a review. I too work in the medical field and know that customer service is so important. I called to schedule a new patient exam and already did my research. This office is on my vision insurance provider list. The girl who answered stated she's never heard of my PPO vision through my husbands employer, without getting any information such as an ID number etc and stated it isn't her job to figure it out and i needed to find out my correct insurance before i could schedule. I was shocked at how rude she was so I didn't even ask her if she wanted our insurance ID because I could tell she wasn't interested in scheduling an appt for me. I was so disappointed and hope no one else gets treated like that over the phone.
