Very poor service and attitude. Very inhumane of most care providers towards mom. No attention to detail. Pencil whipping the checklist as a task. Gossip groups about other personal affairs. No baths , no proper food , no timely cloth- diapers change.smokers mixed with non-smokers . Overall, lack of staff in all areas and especially at nights. Lack of security- very poor - anyone can walk in or out as movement is not physically monitored- cameras dont work.
Most care is given by patients own families otherwise patients are so neglected.
Sad that state and federal dont do sting operations, but leave to lawyers to sue ,then its too late
Hope for a change for a better service!

If I could post a negative star I would. I hated working there. Do not go here. Toilet backed up every week. Staff wouldn't help with others either.
