Ive been going to my nail tech girl for 12 years and on Friday. She called me and told me that I needed to find a new nail tech because I did not TIP her. She took me back 30 minutes late from my scheduled time and passed me on to a coworker to finish the gel polish. I tipped the coworker but not my tech lady. She called me Friday evening while I was at home and told me I needed to find a new gal. That was very unprofessional, and disappointing , a TIP is earned not a guarantee.!!!! TIPPING culture is out of control !!!

This place has always been clean and very nice. My nails turn out perfect every time.

Pedicure was great. I was able to soak before service began. Staff is very friendly. The only thing I would change is that I felt rushed. Pedicure lasted approximately 35 minutes for the deluxe pedicure. I will try them again and hopefully, I wont feel things were rushed.
