always get me right every time n leave my nails super snatched. Everybody at the shop is so nice and welcoming so I always feel right at home. Billy does amazing freestyles on me every time for all my events. Also love they do acrylic toes & dont even use tips

FAV NAIL SPA! Billy and his team are AMAZING My nails always come out perfect. I trust them so much I had them do a freestyle this appointment, and Billy did not disappoint, I was totally surprised with the artistry and detail. I got a shape I never had before and fell in love! Found my new shape and forever nail tech :) highly recommend super easy online appt setting

I loved the experience, very modernized everyone was very nice and even got complementary water. Very nice folks however, after a week of having my nails done. I started feeling like my nail was burnt or my finger was on fire and slowly it got worse each day. My nail started get inflamed and I had to go to the hospital. I had to get my nail removed, leaving my nail looking terrible. The hospital had to put me on 3 different types of antibiotics and pain meds so I can endure it. Moral of the store I lost a finger nail. Its still yet to grow back and its taken me a min to right this it happened a few months ago. But I dont want anyone else feelong ugly due to catching Paronychia !!!! usually happens when the skin around the nail is irritated or injured. When skin gets damaged like this, germs can get in and cause an infection. These germs can be: bacteria, causing bacterial paronychia fungi, causing fungal paronychia In shorter terms if they cut your cuticles and their tools are not clean because they dont santinze their drill bits after every use its hops from person to person. I loved my nails done get me wrong I hate being in pain and having to deal with the after math. Hospital bills arent cheap. So before getting your nails done beware

Very disappointed with this company. We waited 30 minutes passed our appointment time even though the girl that checked us in said Billy was only going to be 10 minutes late. We asked much longer, Amy said we didnt have an appointment after all . They let us sit for 30 minutes and then decided to say that, even though we spoke to her on the phone to set it due to the online booking being down. She argued with me over it and basically called us liars even though we showed her the phone call and how many minutes we were on the phone with them. We have spent hundreds of dollars and never walk out with a cheap set. Amy needs to learn customer service and maybe if she didnt have her toddler running around at the salon, she would remember what appointments she sets.
