Ask for Al VanBuren! I bought my first Mercedes from him and hes a real joy to work with. He made arrangements around the fact that Im coming from San Jose and had limited time because of an infant. Hes customer centric, extremely responsive, and very respectful of other peoples time.

My husband and I bought our dream family vehicle, a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van! But I was so relieved that the purchasing was as smooth and convenient as possible. We unfortunately had to bring all four of our children during the paperwork and financing portion. We couldnt find a babysitter in the quick timeframe. We were just relieved that the dealership did a hold on the vehicle for a day as we had a busy planned day that we couldnt reschedule. But the staff was very friendly to our children and the TV/resting room came in so handy for our older children! And as you can imagine the dashboard and all the buttons are so overwhelming. I was able to return to the dealership to meet with Sawyer who is their technology specialist who kindly helped me navigate how to connect my phone to be able to access Sirius and other apps. Im still learning! The best part was Al V. guiding us through the purchasing process. What a professional! Overall, I am a proud Mercedes Benz owner and so glad MB of Modesto is our friendly, professional, local dealership!

First of all, I wish I could give it a 0 star. I was very excited when I bought my first Mercedes. Salesman was amazing and I had a good experience. My bad experience started when I came in for my first oil change service. I made an appointment and came in on time. I told the service agent I need oil change and theres noise coming from front tires so I need that to be checked. I was told my car will be ready in 2 hours so I went to run some errands. After 2 and half hours I called and service agent told me I never dropped off my car. I told him I dropped it off 2 and half hours ago and he needs to check again. I was on hold for 10 mins and then he said they found it and they need 45 mins to get it ready. When I came to pick it up, I asked about the noise. He said they didnt check it and suggested it might need new brake pads. Then he said he will order some and will call me to let me know. 3 weeks went by and I called the dealership again and asked to speak with the service manager. I was transfer to the manager and I left voice mail. Never received a call back. Update: Service manager Sandra called me back and made an appointment to get it right. She was very professional. My vehicle was taken care of very quickly. I appreciate her effort to make it right.
