Inconsiderate front desk assistants and overall incompetent and apathetic Healthcare system. I showed up a few minutes late to my appointment from traffic that was due to construction. I was then told because I was not there on time, I could only schedule an appointment 7 months from the current day. As someone struggling with chronic mental health issues, physical illness, this is a slap in the face. I dont know if i will be around for 7 months... the Healthcare system is clearly broken. It seems as if the organization of Sutter does not want to provide care but looks for excuses to deny care. Now I know what the reply from Sutter will say "we note that you were late and our doctors need the full 30 minutes for a first appointment", great maybe don't overschedule your doctor's so much or maybe hire more doctors to be able to keep up with your profitized health care. Absolute waste of time, energy and no help has been provided. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH

I have had several doctors here who have always been great. Front desk staff is always friendly. Lab staff is professional and very nice.

HALUY from call center deserve to be fired she is a rude person to schedule an appointment with she doesn't let you talk and she gives attitude over the phone hope someone from Sutter see this post and do something about it!

Very clean place and well knowledged staff dr.jafri and his staff and nurses are the best you guys rock. Best medical facility ive been too and will enjoy keep to this place for my medical needs.

I'm a professional nurse. In my emergency case about two months ago as a patient, I received very unprofessional services there, the PA diagnosed me wrongly which impacted me for a week after that. She didn't touch my body too to could have better explanation on my disorder. Their lab's result also wasn't correct on my test which I found it next day after that via another test in another place also nurses had inability to could make a regular viral injection on my hand. They tried an abnormal useless place for that shot what injured my hand as well for a month. They are using from CEP America's PA and NP's instead sutter doctors in Sutter emergency rooms too.
