Extremely unprofessional. Made my teenaged daughter feel worse about herself than before she started therapy with her. Blunt and unfeeling when offering constructive criticism and made us both feel like bad people. I could not in good conscious recommend her to anyone. (Including my worst enemy.)

Very unprofessional. Canceled my appointment last minute (1 hour before). Asked to reschedule 4PM Friday. I called for my rescheduled apt & she thought my appointment was at 3. She let me know last minute I didnt have a document submitted. Why couldnt she let me know my documents werent completed on the day of my original appt? Instead she waits 10 min before our rescheduled appoint that she forgot about. Misunderstanding are okay, having no empathy or being unprofessional is not. Especially when youre sighing very loudly on the phone. This behavior is completely unacceptable especially from someone who is supposed to HELP people. Also, let her know of my concerns & she said good luck and hung up. Do you want this type of person to support you during hard times?
