Sad to see the inconsistencies of customer service at this store. My husband and I have gone in the past and have decent customer service. The last couple times we have gone in individually to make our final choices of lamps and tables, not one of the sales staff even acknowledged us coming in or leaving. Walking around for minutes while they only have one customer in the store other than me. I was there to buy from a local business!  I drove away feeling ignored and in total disbelief, guess we will buy online . Big mistake$$$, big mistake$$

Marsha was very helpful & informative. She looked up every question we had, and had a lot of suggestions for us. Great customer service. We'd recommend this store to others and would come back again for future purchases.
