        Cheryl provided terrible service. Very rude and gives her clients no respect. Yet, she demands you respect her? She interrupts and yells at her clients. She refused to send us an itemized statement after four requests. She has over charged the pricing given to us.

        Absolutely amazing Cheryl. I am located in a different city a different state, and I had no idea how to fix my birth certificate issue. After contacting three different states' Vital Records and being told no, Cherly showed me how to get what I wanted done. I highly recommend this lady to help you with any Legal Issues that you might have. Her fees are reasonable and her skills are indescribable. Thank you, Cheryl and Staff.

      Hi Mr. Keith. You failed to write that I assisted your daughter and provided a flat fee agreement and when I told you that your itemized list was item 2 on your fee agreement your wife was yelling and you were cussing at me. I was not rude. I refuse to be disrespected when you had what you were requesting. No one deserves to be spoken to that way. Your wife is very entitled and she was that way from the moment your daughter had her on the phone. Your daughter apologized for how she was and made her be nice. I hope people read these thoroughly because you never wrote what truly happened and because I refused to answer your phone calls and told you I was going to call the police you wrote a review. I nor my staff deserve to be caused at because i didn’t jump to your unrealistic expectations. I am not an attorney there is no itemized list it was a flat fee agreement for all the documents included. I wish you the best.
