      image By far the absolute worst allstate agent ever.  For years anytime i needed to get ahold of my agent they wouldn't answer,  I'd leave a message and never get called back or if i did get ahold of someone they would tell me just call the 800 number.  Multiple corporate complaints on the agent not just by me and nothing ever changed.  Shop around for something different or just steer clear of this agent. You'll thank me later
